Two fully furnished waterfront condominiums with ABSOLUTELY THE BEST VIEW in South Haven, Michigan!!!  The condos were featured in the 2002 South Haven Cottage Walk.

Both units have oversized windows and volume ceilings.  They are located right next to each other and have the same AWESOME VIEWS.  The building is centrally located on the beautiful harbor.  Relax on our expansive deck and watch the constant boat parade.   We are located right in town so you can walk to the restaurants, movie theatre, grocery and convenience stores, all the shops, the marinas and it is a short 3 block walk to the closest sugar sand beach!!  We are just one block from the Michigan Maritime Museum, which is home to the Tall Ship "Friends Good Will".

The convertible one-bedroom condominium (a wall screen separates the bedroom area from the rest of the unit) sleeps 2-4 people. The upgraded kitchen has pergo flooring with a dishwasher, refrigerator, smoothtop range, over the range microwave and a CD player.  The living area has a deluxe queen size sofa bed and Cable TV/DVD player.  Beyond the living area (around the corner) is the bedroom area.  There is also a wonderful sitting area that has a pub table and chairs so you can watch all the action on the harbor after a relaxing day at the beach.

The second condominium is approximately twice the size of the other unit.   The windows are totally amazing.  When you walk into the unit you see 3 sets of large windows that provide you with a breathtaking panoramic view of the harbor.  This convertible condo sleeps up to 4 people.  It is perfect for a small family.  There is a large separate master bedroom with a private bath and deluxe queen size bed.  There are also wall screens to separate the other sleeping areas.The kitchen is upgraded, including maple cabinets, all new stainless steel appliances including GE electric smooth top range, GE over-the-range microwave, Kenmore refrigerator, Whirlpool dishwasher, breakfast bar with stools and a CD player.  The spacious living area has a couch (with a full-size sofa-bed), TV (Cable) and a Sony DVD player.  The other sleeping area has a La-Z-Boy chair (with a twin pull-out sofa-bed).  The second bathroom is in this area.  Both bathrooms are upgraded with maple cabinets and marble vanity tops.  Must bring your own towels (bed linens are provided).

The house is in a great location, just a few blocks to downtown South Haven and an easy walk to the beautiful sugar sand beaches!!  It is on two lots so there is plenty of space in the very large wooded, fenced backyard.  The kitchen has upgraded Kenmore appliances.  There is a breakfast bar and a large table in the dining area.  Bedrooms: Master - 1 Queen bed, 2nd bedroom - 2 twin beds, 3rd bedroom - bunk with twin on top and full size on bottom.  Living room has queen sleeper sofa.

After a day at the beach, why not come back and relax on the deck and listen to the birds serenade you.  You can either barbeque or walk to one of the many wonderful restaurants just a few blocks away.

The second house is located on the same block.  It has been totally renovated and it is very popular with our repeat families.  One family calls it "The Jewel of Conger".   Here are the details - 3 Bedrooms and 2 baths.  The upgraded kitchen has maple cabinets.   There is hardwood flooring throughout the house.  We  added a large family room with an entertainment center and a foosball table.  Both baths have granite vanity tops and maple cabinets. 

Bedrooms: Master - 1 queen bed, 2nd bedroom - 2 twin beds, 3rd bedroom - full size bed.  Living Room - queen size sofabed. 

The yard is very large. There is a deck off the patio with lawn furniture. and there is a picnic table in the yard.
